A 25% deposit of the total booking value is required to confirm your event. The balance is due two weeks before your event date. Your date is held tentatively until the deposit is received — once paid, the forge is yours for the night.

Absolutely. Every menu can be tailored for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and most allergy requirements. Please note any dietary needs at checkout or contact us directly — with enough notice, the chef will adapt each course so no guest is left out of the feast.

Events within 100km of the Gold Coast incur no travel fee. For venues beyond 100km, an automated travel fee of $100 is added to your quote to cover time and fuel. Distances are calculated from the event address you provide at checkout.
